Coronavirus has had a huge impact on all of us including the tourist Industry, at the moment things seem to changer faster than we can update our web page. We have therefore tried to make things as simple as possible wherever you live and whatever dates you are booking with a guarantee that you will never be out of pocket!


This Coronavirus guarantee applies to all bookings made after the 1st January 2021. If you book with us you will never be out of pocket. We ask that as usual you pay a £150 deposit upon booking, The balance is usually due 42 days before the hire commences. This time frame has been reduced and the balance will now not be payable until 28 days before your hire. If for any Coronavirus related* reason you were unable to commence your hire then we would cancel your booking and create a credit note for the £150 deposit you have already paid. This would be valid for up to two years. If you have made any additional payment this would be refunded as cash via your payment method.

As a vehicle hire business we are allowed to stay open whatever tier we are in. It is up to you to ensure you are allowed to hire a van and have a legitimate reason to do so. We are unable to offer advice on specific individual niche scenarios and suggest you visit the website for latest guidelines and advice. 

*Valid reasons would include, Lockdown in your home location, national lockdowns, you or a member of your household contract Covid-19 or are required to isolate due to contact with an infected person.

Your Safety, Precautions and Cleaning of Vans

The safety of our staff and customers is very important to us. We have implemented new systems including timed collections, a reduced fleet, limiting the number of people on site, scheduled premise cleaning and enhanced antiviral cleaning of vans. Will will adhere strictly to government guidelines and will expect our customers and staff to do the same.
