Noddy Windsor and Sam went out last night to a Women Do Business Gala Dinner at Dartington Hall and came home with 2 awards! They are feeling rather puffed up this morning and we are concerned they may get a little big for their boots today! Sam and Noddy collected awards for Most Developed Company (over the last 12 months) and Most Dynamic use of IT. We were really rather surpised and proud! We are the \’most developed company over the last 12 months\’ because of Pete, Zoe, Nicola, Dave, Sue and Melissa\’s hard work, their brilliant focus on customer service and quest for constant improvement. Our focus on improving the customer experience has brought huge changes to O\’Connors Campers over the last year and we feel we are better than ever at enabling our customers to have fab holidays. As or the IT Award, Pulse 8\’s ( www.pulse8.co.uk ) brilliant supportive mentoring, unstinting vision and hard work all helped us to win! They have automated processes on the website and within our administration which have freed us up to spend more time looking after customers – and that can only be good! Congratulations to all of you. I think a few bottles of bubbly and some choccies might be in order! Mind you 12 vans go out today so we will be slightly busy!
