This is very much a belated thanks to everyone at O’Connors for enabling us to have a fantastic week touring Cornwall by Vee Dub. In June Michelle and I hired The Van with No Name and set off to travel around Devon and Cornwall. We had a great time and a lot of that came down to you guys. Being late picking the van up was not considered a problem and we appreciated that. The week was faultless and the recommendations for campsites very useful. Seriously, the service you provide is exceptional. I work in retail and know just how bad customer service often is and when its good its worth mentioning. We particularly like the nice touch of the basket of essentials and luxuries along with the time taken to explain everything about the van before we set off. The relaxed atmosphere that permeates comes at no compromise to the professional way the company operates. And of course the van itself – 43 years old it may be but it wears its age with pride. An honest, down to earth pride that gave us the true experience of living with a camper for a week we hoped for. So, once again – Cheers! On a final note – the week was a way of testing out whether a camper van would be a viable acquisition for us to make and since, we have given consideration to the prospect. Long term we are keeping our eyes out for a suitable van (preferably a splitty but a bay may just be the right vehicle that comes along) and without wishing to do you out of trade I was wondering if you know either of any good vans currently for sale or avenues we could take? Any ideas would be appreciated – but not expected! Thanks Zoe and all of you and hope to see you again in the not-too-distant. Regards Chris Lewis
