Living in London can get a little much sometimes so its always nice to escape the big smoke and find yourself again. My partner and I love Cornwall so we decided to book a week away in the Beautiful Barbarella. The whole experience is perfect, we collect her on the Monday and it was love at first sight.
Armed with plenty of tea bags and a lemon drizzle cake we set of on our adventure. Our first stop is to meet friends in Newquay and a picnic watching the Polo at Watergate bay. Its freezing cold, slightly drizzling but the company is good and we have a lovely warm Barbarella waiting for us when we return.
The rest of the week is spent exploring and experiencing new things such as surfing for the first time! and most importantly spending quality time with my wonderful partner Robbie. When in London we expect everything to be instant, everything available at a touch of a button and to spend an hour on the tube and have no one speak to us is perfectly normal, thats just life in London and you except it.
Life on the Road with Barbarella couldn’t be further removed from this, people want to stop and talk, if there is no phone signal then who cares! And best of all you get to find the true you and make lots of happy memories. Thank you Barbarella we will visit you again soon for another adventure. Love Annie and Robbie xx
