We set off on our honeymoon on 18th June 2012 in Barbarella. Driving down to St Ives for our first stop. After spending a couple of days here, we moved over to Newquay for the remainder of our holiday before returning to Devon with Barbarella.
Our honeymoon was fantastic, although the weather wasn’t great, a lifetime dream of having a split screen camper came true for both of us and more importantly, our 2 year old son Dylan is now also obsessed with these classic vans!
Not only did he love every minute of his camping trip but to our delight loved going to bed in his small bed behind the seats, above the engine unlike home! On returning the van after a fantastic week, we were greeted by TV cameras filming a documentary, which rounded off our holiday. We will definitely return to O’Connors in the future to take advantage of one of their fantastic campers!
