Having flown all the way from NZ to find out the pommie summer was as average as it is famously known was disappointing. That was our last negative moment – Wolverine delivered. A couple of forty-somethings reliving their Kombi OE of the 80\’s this time with their 2 daughters. We circumnavigated Cornwall clockwise, and saw some of Devon. 750 miles in such a small space tells you we \’saw\’ it thoroughly and buzzed on the fact we had 12 hours rain in the two weeks we spent on the road. Whilst the kids learnt dad swears whilst changing down to 3rd or 2nd, we loved it so much we are seriously considering a purchase now we\’re back home. The guy\’s @ O\’Connors were very welcoming and with great weather and memories an experience to be cherished. Sunbathed Dartmouth, amazing St. Michaels Mount, Heligan\’s enchanting Garden, theatre @ Minack, humungous Lanhydrock, relaxing St. Ives (the festival was memorable), Doc Martin\’s place and the romantic country lanes …. the history. my families history a bonus. We\’ll be back … enjoying our Kiwi summer currently and reminiscing…
