Our time spent in Mr Orange now seems a long and distant memory having spent two long and painful weeks back in the daily grind. There has been a lot of reminiscing and time spent surfing the net looking for a suitable dub to fill the big orange void left by Mr O. After collecting the van from O\’ Connors, it was time to hit the open road with our new best friend. We spent most of our time along the Atlantic coast. Whilst cruising round we happened to stumble across one of the most amazing campsites of our trip which kind of set the benchmark. It was called Trewethett Farm campsite which sold itself to us purely with it\’s breathtaking sea views. Our first supper/breakfast was made all the more enjoyable by the hamper of goodies provided by Pete and the team. Our next few days was spent working our way through places like Padstow, Polzeath, Fowey and as far as St Ives, stopping at a some of O\’Connors recommended campsites and bumping into a few of Mr Orange\’s comrades along the way. We had great fun in our little van, from learning to cook elaborate meals using only two pans and a grill to mastering the art of driving with no power steering and a big clunky gear box. We often find ourselves saying \’I wonder what Mr Orange is up to now\’… Thanks to Pete, Zoe and the rest of the team for a truly memorable holiday and for being as enthusiastic as we were.
